- If you are a foreign corporation or are importing food items made abroad, then the foreign facility in question must hire a U.S. agent and register. For the purpose of registering the facility, FD Register will serve as the U.S. agent.
- If you already have your Duns Number already You can make the payment and complete our online registration form for food facilities. A food facility registration number can be obtained in fewer than two working days.
Please note, FDA does not issue the food facility certificate and the certificate is not required. You will get the food facility registration number from the FDA through email. Our company can issue the food facility registration certificate for your reference.
