FDA Register provides overseas businesses with US Agent services as well as registration and renewal services for food facilities. We offer a comprehensive service for the registration of food facilities, building on our extensive knowledge.

Our reasonable annual charge for US Agent Services is $250. Foreign businesses that choose our US Agent services are entitled to our food facility registration free of charge .

Please note, FDA does not issue the food facility certificate and the certificate is not required. You will get the food facility registration number from the FDA through email. Our company can issue the food facility registration certificate for your reference.
